The Cúneo family, of Italian origin, founded Casas del Bosque in 1993 in the Casablanca Valley, located 70 kilometers from Santiago, Chile’s capital, and 30 kilometers from the UNESCO World Heritage city of Valparaíso. The large, ancient pine and olive forests, along with small white adobe houses, inspired the name “Casas del Bosque.” Today, the winery features a unique 235-hectare vineyard dedicated exclusively to cool-climate varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, and Syrah. Cabernet Sauvignon and Carménère come from carefully managed vineyards in Maipo, Colchagua, and Cachapoal.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- 30 days or more before departure: loss of deposit
- 15–29 days before departure: 30% of the total tour cost*
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost*
- 6 days or less before departure: 80% of the total tour cost*
- 48 hours or less before departure: 100% of the total tour cost*
*or of the deposit if it is higher.
Custom tours may be subject to alternative cancellation conditions, which will be communicated to the respective clients at the time of booking.
All cancellations must be made in writing by the person who submitted the reservation form. Please send an email to reservas@dreamscometour.com.
Once the tour has started, no portion of the trip or services not used will be refunded. If you wish to make any changes to the tour or leave it earlier than planned, such modifications or early departures will be at your own cost and responsibility. You must also inform the tour operator in writing of the reason for leaving the tour.
