- 30 days or more before departure – loss of deposit
- 15–29 days before departure – 30% of the total tour cost*
- 7–14 days before departure – 50% of the total tour cost*
- 6 days or less before departure – 80% of the total tour cost*
- 48 hours or less before departure – 100% of the total tour cost*
*Or the deposit amount if higher.
Custom tours may be subject to alternative cancellation conditions, which will be communicated to the corresponding clients at the time of booking.
All cancellations must be made in writing by the person who submitted the booking form. Please send an email to reservas@dreamscometour.com.
Once the tour has started, no part of the trip or unused services will be refunded. If you wish to make any changes to the tour or leave it early, such modifications or early departures are at your own cost and responsibility. You must also notify the tour operator in writing of the reason for leaving the tour.
