Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- 30 days or more before departure – loss of the deposit
- 15–29 days before departure – 30% of the total tour cost*
- 7–14 days before departure – 50% of the total tour cost*
- 6 days or less before departure – 80% of the total tour cost*
- 48 hours or less before departure – 100% of the total tour cost*
*Or of the deposit if it is greater.
Customized tours may be subject to alternative cancellation conditions, which will be communicated to the corresponding clients at the time of booking.
All cancellations must be made in writing by the person who submitted the booking form. Please send an email to reservas@dreamscometour.com.
Once the tour has started, no part of the trip or services that have not been used will be refunded. If you wish to make any changes to the tour or leave it early, such modification or early departure will be at your own expense and responsibility. You must also inform the tour operator in writing of the reason for leaving the tour.
