Note: This winter itinerary is followed in case it is not possible to reach the Yeso Reservoir. If we are able to reach the Yeso Reservoir, we will continue with our normal itinerary, excluding Las Melosas and Lo Valdés. Pick-ups for this tour start at 5:30 a.m.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- 30 days or more before departure – loss of deposit
- 15–29 days before departure – 30% of the total tour cost*
- 7–14 days before departure – 50% of the total tour cost*
- 6 days or less before departure – 80% of the total tour cost*
- 48 hours or less before departure – 100% of the total tour cost*
*or of the deposit if it is higher.
Custom tours may be subject to alternative cancellation conditions, which will be communicated to the respective clients at the time of booking.
All cancellations must be made in writing by the person who submitted the reservation form. Please send an email to reservas@dreamscometour.com.
Once the tour has started, no part of the trip or unused services will be refunded. If you wish to make any changes to the tour or leave it before the scheduled end, such modifications or early departures will be at your own cost and responsibility. You must also inform the tour operator in writing of the reason for leaving the tour.
